About Americans on AI: The Shift

Americans on AI is a longitudinal public opinion survey tracking shifts in how Americans feel about artificial intelligence (AI). Every two weeks we will publish new survey results along with analysis and expert commentary in Americans on AI: The Shift.

Survey methodology

The Americans on AI survey instrument was designed by Athena Insights and Early Studies, and is fielded by NORC at the University of Chicago on their AmeriSpeak Panel, a probability-based sample of the U.S. household population. Each wave reaches a nationally representative sample of slightly more than 1,000 adults aged 18 or older living in the United States. We don’t use synthetic data.
